Terms and Conditions of delivery:

The above delivery rate is for all standard delivery of orders regardless of size but only includes one pinata per order.This is due to the light weight, but large size of the product. When an order contains more than one pinata, a staff member will contact you with a quote for your approval prior to shipping.

The Party Stop reserves the right to select the method of shipment and the courier.

Order processing and delivery times:

The Party Stop prides itself on speedy processing of all orders small or large.
We pay particular attention to the “Special events date” specified by you in the “ comments” area and every effort is made to ensure we meet this requirement. If for some reason we cannot do so, we will immediately notify you of the change.
All orders are shipped the day after payment is confirmed (unless there are items out of stock or delay in stock at our distribution facilities).
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery in most capital cities and up to 7 working days for regional australia.
